We are pleased to announce that Annaliese Lubowski has been made a Director of Aliwal Road Trust Company (Pty) Ltd. Annaliese holds a B Proc qualification, is an admitted Attorney and has more than thirty years’ experience in wills, deceased estates, trusts and other legal matters. She will take over the running of Aliwal Road Trust Company (Pty) Ltd from John Plimsoll when he retires on 31 May 2019.
John will act as a Consultant to Aliwal Road Trust Company (Pty) Ltd and Aliwal Road Investment Consultants CC from June 2019. He will continue to hold appointments as trustee and executor in respect of existing trusts and deceased estates but it is intended that John will hand over these duties to Annaliese over time.
